PUBLIC NOTICE OF SEATS UP FOR ELECTION AT FIG GARDEN FIRE
PROTECTION DISTRICT
The district has Directors whose seats are up for election on the November 5,
2024, Presidential General Election. Due to the termed seats of two Board
members, the District is searching for district-registered voters to apply for
appointment. The filing period will be open from July 15 to August 9, 2024.
Persons interested in running for the board should plan to attend the
Candidate Filing Class on June 25, 2024, from 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm at the Freno
County Elections Training Room at 4525 E Hamilton Ave, Fresno 93702. To

The District Board meets quarterly at Fire Station 20, 4537 North Wishon, and
consists of three Board members.
The appointed Board member will need to complete a Form 700 Statement of
Economic Interests on an annual basis.
